We can produce at least 600 sets iniection molds every year, with various mold testing equipments, such as Hexagon CMM inspection machine, which can support the dimensional/tolerance inspection for Molds and injection parts;

Additionally, we are equipped with 200T/400T/500T mold fitting machines to inspect the mold surface fitting condition, it can effectively improve the production efficiency and precision of the molds.

We are fully equipped with advanced CNC machining equipment. Our high-precision CNC machines deliver excellent processing accuracy and stable performance, supporting the full manufacturing process of plastic molds, silicone molds and stamping dies. With efficient automated machining, we greatly shorten production cycles, ensure consistent product quality, and meet customers' demands for high-standard mold customization, small-batch trial production and mass production.
