We can produce at least 600 sets iniection molds every year, with various mold testing equipments, such as Hexagon CMM inspection machine, which can support the dimensional/tolerance inspection for Molds and injection parts;

Additionally, we are equipped with 200T/400T/500T mold fitting machines to inspect the mold surface fitting condition, it can effectively improve the production efficiency and precision of the molds.

To enhance assembly capabilities and overcome manufacturing constraints, we invested equipments including:CNC Bending Machine /CNC Machine/Laser Cutting Machine.
